Questa è la terza lettera dove la invitiamo a illuminarci sulla questione Porto Turistico di Leuca, magari anche con una intervista, più di quanto stia facendo Salvatore Schina, di cui si può dubitare sulla credibilità politica, almeno sino a quando non faccia un mea culpa, io c'ero, ma non vedevo !?! Ma non si puo dubitare sul coraggio di essere uscito fuori dal coro pubblicamente ed è quello che ci aspetteremo e ancora di più , maggiormente da un personaggio del suo calibro e del suo carisma, almeno in ambito strettamente locale poichè è stato Sindaco per due legislazioni che decidevano , ahimè, ciò che ne sarebbe stato di questa marina di Leuca alla merce di uomini dei servizi segreti dal passato buio e profondamente insanguinato e imprenditori sospetti che hanno alterato disastrosamente l'assetto di questo delicatissimo paese comprando il silenzio e il consenso di coloro che oggi, guarda caso hanno un posto o sono in crescita in fantomatiche e illusorie carriere, almeno sino a quando ... il diavolo fa le pentole ma non i coperchi.
Speriamo al più presto che lei possa davvero liberare le nostre coscienze da un profondo senso di colpa nei confronti di questo paese , di questo porto che solo la stoltaggine di quei pochi può credere che sia loro e che solo loro possano decidere dinamiche e futuro credendo che il popolo sia profondamente ignorante e non abbia metri di paragone o confronto per sciegliere o meglio farsi una opinione.

I never imagined to read, in one document, an immense quantity 'of hypocrisy told, knowingly by a professional who holds the office of President Council Directors of the Port of Leuca spa

The psychological attitude of dr. On pages 12, 13 and 14 dr. Deveglia remarked several times \u0026lt;\u0026lt; DEBTS OF WHICH ARE MADE AGAINST THE CITIZENS OF AN ERROR >>. Dr. Deveglia (p.16) states that following objections and \u0026lt;\u0026lt; documentation prior >> sent to the region by the soc. In that regard, it is significant that the dr. _ nel Febbraio 2007, la Regione, (a cui nel frattempo era stata trasferita la competenza al rilascio delle concessioni demaniali) notificava il diniego della concessione (anche) per l’incompletezza del progetto;
_ Il 03/07/2007, lo stesso Ufficio Affari Legali della Regione emetteva il proprio parere negativo per una serie di motivi tra cui (anche) quello dell’incompletezza del progetto.  For brevity, I quote only one of many reasons why it is illegal to adopt the draft of the Port means the non-delivery of environmental documents by the competent authority, in accordance with DPR 12/4/1996 (now ex D. By a further note, always directed to those offices, I represented my refusal to speak with the joint enterprise, and I explained that my request, justified by the role of directors with, was addressed to the Mayor and Board of Directors of Castrignano soc. Harbor and that, therefore, the latter could not avoid the obligation to provide, before him, the documents requested and then "turn over" to the undersigned.
The October 2, 2008 the town council sent me the letter prot. n.9596 dell'01 / 10/08, signed by the President of the Port, , which emphasized the impossibility of escaping the request of Councillor Schina Savior, but also the City of Cape Castrignano, even in As a member of a minority stake SpA Harbour. Evidentemente  i Sigg. Durante e Capone conoscono poco il progetto, ma soprattutto il Capo di Leuca e i bisogni reali di questa terra.

Gli esponenti del COMITATO Pro 275 non sono militanti né di destra né di sinistra. Pretendono solo il minimo sindacale che si possa chiedere ai propri governanti: non essere presi in giro!
