La rappresentatività territoriale degli amministratori locali e dei semplici cittadini, delle associazioni NON POLITICHE e dei comitati spontanei DEL TERRITORIO non può essere calpestata dalle banali dichiarazioni di qualche “vacanziere” di lusso.
