SS 275: THE BIG BLUFF Loredana CAPONE AND JOHN PELLEGRINO

The movements are good environmentalists must fight against the Puglia Region and the Vice-President Loredana Capone, because their proposal to stop the doubling of ss 275 to Montesano has nothing to do nothing to do with the way "4 lane" that Vendola, Pellegrino and always have the same CAPONE "deliberate" to arrive to San Dana, that is, on the outskirts of Gagliano del Capo, ie 6 km from Leuca and not 20 !
Loredana Capone and John Pellegrino are taking around the Salento, including environmentalists. Here's why:

1.Il TAR of Lecce in the first instance, dismissed the appeals of environmental groups, which sought to stop the doubling of the state close to 275 Montesano Salentino.
2.The unique applications received by the Administrative Court of Lecce were those presented in the Puglia Region and the Municipality of Alessano, signed Att. John Pellegrino, against the achievement of the last 6 km (Dana-San Leuca) and not the last 20 km (Montesano-Leuca)
3.Il Section Montesano Dana-San, therefore, has never been questioned or by judges or by the Apulia Region, or by the City of Alessano.
4.Il State Council, in its ruling of May 12 scorso,  non ha bloccato il raddoppio dell’arteria a Montesano, come hanno sostenuto Capone e Pellegrino (per assecondare i movimenti ambientalisti).
5.I giudici romani hanno semplicemente confermato l’Ordinanza del TAR di Lecce che sospendeva l’iter di realizzazione del raddoppio, in attesa di una sentenza di merito sugli ULTIMI 6 km (San Dana – Leuca) che gli stessi giudici amministrativi del foro di Lecce pronunceranno il 26 maggio prossimo.
6.Se la sentenza di merito del TAR boccerà il progetto definito di ammodernamento dell’arteria finanziato dal CIPE, si andrà avanti con altri ricorsi. Con il rischio sempre più concreto che salti il finanziamento and the doubling is not the place or to Leuca, or up to Montesano, or to San Dana.
7.Se this happens ask the REFERENDUM.

8. We can not allow a political class messy and inconclusive [ Editor's note: see also PORT LEUCA] deliver to future generations an area without an infrastructure for security and strategic development.
