To prove this "solemn commitment " had even reached the Secretary Calcagno anxiously awaiting the final outcome budget: submission of the motion ......... vote ............. rejected the motion because voters in favor 7, 9 against, 3 abstained UDC present.
But no! Instead the three
UDC voted in favor of the motion and against the majority of which are part!
The motion is passed and someone is so determined to overlook the fact.
